Privacy Policy — ArkeDrive

ArkeDrive (“the App”) is developed by Angelo Loperfido (“we”, “the developer”). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles user data.

1. Data we collect

The App does not collect, does not store on external servers, and does not share with the developer any personally identifiable information.

All data you enter (vehicles, maintenance services, fuel refills, deadlines, documents, photos) is stored exclusively on your device through Apple SwiftData. Nothing is uploaded to any server.

2. Third-party services used on your request

Only when you explicitly trigger certain features, the App makes requests to public third-party services:

• AutoRef (api-gateway.autoref.eu): when you request a VIN lookup to automatically retrieve vehicle specifications. Only the VIN and the device language are transmitted.
• Italian Ministry of Environment and Energy Security (MASE) (mase.gov.it): to download national average fuel prices (public open data). No personal data is transmitted.

The developer does not receive nor retain the results of these requests.

3. Device permissions

The App requests:

• Camera: to take photos of vehicles, spare parts, and to scan documents (registration document, insurance card).
• Photo Library: to select existing images to associate with vehicles.

Photos remain on your device and are never transmitted.

4. Local notifications

The App sends reminder notifications for deadlines. They are generated by the device, without interaction with external servers.

5. Tracking, analytics, advertising

None. We do not use Firebase, Google Analytics, Crashlytics, AppsFlyer, Sentry, advertising, or any other tracking tool.

6. Accounts and login

The App does not require registration or login. There is no user account.

7. In-app purchases

The App does not offer in-app purchases or subscriptions.

8. Children

The App is not specifically directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

9. Changes to this Policy

Any changes will be published on this same page with an updated date above.
